A large exquisite 143 x 108 x 99 mm expertly polished A grade Septerye Sauvage "Dragons Egg" geode. This round Septarian nodule has cracked interiors lined with black Calcite and small gypsum crystals. Polished on the outside with the geode left natural.

Septerye Sauvage: The Dragons Egg
The Septerye Sauvage, known as the "Dragon Egg," is a tri-color gemstone composed of rich brown Aragonite, vibrant yellow Calcite, and subtle grey Limestone, formed 50-70 million years ago during the Cretaceous Period. Born from volcanic sediment and ancient marine life remains, these nodules from Madagascar feature stunning internal cracks filled with shimmering crystals. Partially polished to highlight their raw, natural interior, they are crafted into eggs, spheres, or hearts, revealing intricate patterns that capture the wild, mythical allure of a dragon’s treasure.
