GET SET UP WITH AN APPROVED WHOLESALE / TRADE ACCOUNT

If you do not see Wholesale prices when you Login (HOW TO LOGIN) to Toprocks.com, you will need to be an Approved Wholesale Client In order to access our hugely discounted wholesale prices at Toprocks.com. For that you will need to be in the 'trade' with your own retail or distribution business and you will be subject to minimum order values. Please email Renate@Toprocks.com with the following info in order to apply to upgrade your current login. 

• Your Company / Shop name
  
• Your Full name (Primary Company Contact)
• Your Company's website and social media links
• Company Registration / VAT / Tax numbers (If applicable)
• Your current email address used for ordering and logging into Toprocks.com (which will then become your wholesale account login if approved).
• Your usual Ship To address and Country 
• Your contact number and country code
• Your expected annual spend with Toprocks.com

We have to enforce strict criteria regarding our wholesale account access and by applying for an account does not guarantee approval by Toprocks.com. If you are approved for wholesaler access (up to 60% discount off our Retail prices), you agree to all of the rules set by us. If you are not approved you will still be able to purchase from us at 'Retail' prices with no minimum criteria. You are welcome to email Renate@Toprocks.com for more info.

DO I HAVE AN APPROVED WHOLESALE / TRADE ACCOUNT? 
To check if you have a 'Wholesale / Trade' customer account, firstly make sure you are logged in (HERE IS HOW). If you do have a Wholesale / Trade login, the top announcement bar will be black (not white) and then simply navigate to a product detail page. If there is a 'Wholesale Price' label above the price on that product page you are setup as an 'Approved Wholesale / Trade Customer'. If it says 'Retail Price' you are not and you will need to apply as you will be only be eligible for 'Retail' prices until approved and Log in. 

HOW IT WORKS AS A WHOLESALER / TRADE ACCOUNT HOLDER:

WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT 
In order to buy from us at wholesale prices you will need to always meet our minimum product order spend of $500 / ZAR10,000 per shipment and continue to have regular spend with Toprocks.com. Shipments that do not meet the minimum wholesale requirements will have the difference invoiced (and paid by you) to the minimum order amount or charged at Retail rates (whichever is the lesser) before shipping takes place. Inactive or irregular wholesale accounts may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.

SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS: 
Client (you) processes their (your) online order by adding your desired products to your basket / cart and then choosing your shipping method and proceeding to payment. As we are a wholesaler supplying retailer and distributor clients worldwide, your total of products excluding shipping and taxes will need to total at least $500 US (ZAR10,000) or the equivalent in your chosen currency per shipment. As we are based in South Africa, your checkout currency and payment will always be South African Rand.

SHIPPING COSTS? Your cart / basket has a handy Shipping Calculator which will tell you how much Air Freighting your item(s) to you will be. Individual product pages also allow you to find out how much that individual item on its own would cost to ship. Remember that these costs are for shipping only. You may be liable for import duties and taxes by your own Country on import. 

SHIP NOW? To check out and ship your current basket contents, choose the shipping option at the bottom of the Shipping options at Checkout (either 'Express Air' for worldwide shipping, or Courier Guy for SA). You will then be charged for everything in your basket and the exact shipping rate when checking out. Pay via credit card, PayPal or Transfer and then sit back, relax and wait for your delivery!

COLLECTION? It is possible to collect from Toprock and / or arrange your own Courier. If this is the case you may choose collection at the checkout (and will need to change your delivery location to South Africa to do so). As we are not handling the export (if relevant) and as the goods are being handed over by us in South Africa, you will be charged SA VAT at 15%.

SHIP LATER? If you want to place multiple orders over time and then ship all of them together in one shipment, then select the "STOCKPILE" option when checking out (PLEASE REFER TO STOCKPILING RULES in the Menu). You must pay for each completed 'Stockpiling' order as you complete them via credit card, PayPal or Transfer. (Shipping will not be included at this stage and will be billed separately later). Payment not received within 24hours will result in your stock being released.

When Stockpiling, on your last order before wanting to ship, choose the "I am finished stock piling" option when checking out. You will then pay for that order (excluding shipping) and we will start the process of getting things to you.....

• Toprock then issues a Pack & Send instruction. ie. packs and weighs goods. 
  (Only when all associated orders are paid for). 
• Toprock obtains and sends client (you) Shipping Quotation Payment Link options.
• The client (you) selects preferred shipping option.
• Client (you) processes final payment for the combined shipping of the goods.
• Toprock schedules the shipment for collection by the Shipping partner.
• Toprock provides final invoice to client (you) for reference purposes.
• Toprock fulfills all of the order(s) online and notifies the client (you) of the tracking information.

Please allow 7-10 working days (Small to Medium orders) and 10-14 working days (medium to Large orders) for packing to be completed prior to handing to our shipping partners.

GENERAL INFORMATION

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

1. Customers outside of South Africa are not liable for VAT when we handle their exports. Our website shows all prices excluding VAT. VAT is unavoidably charged to International clients picking up / collecting from us in SA. VAT will be added at checkout when choosing 'Collect from Store'.

2. Shipping charges can be chosen and added to your order during checkout for immediate Air freight shipment. We use premium carriers such as DHL, UPS and Fedex and provide you with the very best rates at checkout. For multiple "STOCK PILE" orders we will need to obtain a custom shipping quotation for you which you will pay later before were ship for you.

3. Once your order has been physically packed and weighed we will obtain quotes for shipping if you used our 'Stockpiling' option and / or did not pay for immediate shipping when checking out.

4. Please contact your local Customs Offices with regards to possible import fees and taxes due for a shipment from us as these are not included in the provided shipping rates. Import tariffs change daily so please make sure you check every time you order.
   

5. No orders will be dispatched prior to all products and shipping being paid in full.
   

SOUTH AFRICAN CLIENTS

1. You are liable for 15% VAT which will be added to the total during checkout. Due to the global market we serve, our website shows all prices excluding VAT.
   
   
2. Shipping charges can be chosen and added to your order during checkout for immediate Air freight shipment. For multiple "STOCK PILE" orders we will need to obtain a custom shipping quotation for you which you will pay later before were ship for you.
   
   
3. Our preferred partner for South African deliveries is 'The Courier Guy'.
   
   
4. Once your order(s) is/are packed and weighed we will obtain a shipping quotation for you if you did not pay for shipping during checkout.
   
   
5. No orders will be dispatched prior to all products and shipping being paid in full.
