STOCKPILING RULES
Toprock 'Stockpiling' Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose: Our stockpiling option allows customers to purchase items over time before shipping. Select “STOCKPILE” at checkout to purchase products without immediate dispatch. This service is ideal for combining multiple purchases into one cost-effective shipment (Immediate payment is always required for 'Stockpiled' products).
2. Process: Add items to your 'Stockpile' as desired while checking out. When ready, on your final checkout choose “I am finished stockpiling”. We’ll then pack, weigh, and issue a “Pack & Send” instruction. Once we have the packed weight and dimension, we’ll provide a quotation link with options. As we are a wholesaler, our minimum weight to ship is 10 kg net weight (approx. $500 worth of goods, depending on the product selection).
3. Timeframe: Packing takes 7-10 days for small-to-medium orders (up to 30 kg) and 10-14 days for larger orders. Customers may only stockpile for up to 180 days from the first of their 'STOCKPILE' orders. After 180 days, storage fees will apply and we will contact you to clarify and finalize this should this occur but will generally be at 7% of total order value per extra 30 days or part thereof (over the allowed 180 days) stored. Products not shipped within 180 days and accruing storage fees will be unpacked and resold to recover any storage costs not paid.
4. Payment & Cancellation: Payment is due immediately at each 'stockpiling' checkout. Orders are automatically cancelled after 7 days if not paid in full. Once shipped, your stock is your responsibility. Shipping fees are payable upon completion of your final order (unless prepaid). Non-payment of the shipping fees within 14 days of the shipping quotation sent by us may result in order cancellation and restocking (which will incur a minimum of 30% restocking fee). For any paid orders cancelled from your 'stockpile', a minimum of a 30% handling / restocking fee will be charged to cover our costs of storage, packaging and re-listing products. Please note that we are not obliged to restock or refund your paid stock orders, but we may consider doing so on a case by case basis (Subject to restocking fee above).
5. Availability, Risk & Liability: Stockpiled items are paid for and reserved for you but remain our property until shipped. Toprock is not liable for damage to stockpiled orders from natural disasters, fire or theft. We strive to ensure availability of the exact stock ordered although rare stock discrepancies may occur. Should this occur, Toprock will liaise with the clients and endeavor to replace missing inventory or credit accordingly. Toprock are not responsible for any delays beyond our control (e.g. customs, shipping issues, weather, etc).
