Pineapple Quartz: A Unique and Beautiful Quartz Formation from Madagascar
Pineapple (Love) Quartz, characterized by its white patina exterior, resembling candle wax, hence the name. This unique form of Quartz is found in Madagascar, known for producing a wide range of quartz varieties both in the north and south of the country. The deposits yield larger single crystals, clusters and plate-like specimens, often featuring complex and dense arrangements of small crystals occasionally displaying Hematoid coloration.
