Verdite from Zimbabwe
Some of this material contain Fluorescent Ruby Corundum in Chrome Verdite and is a truly rare and mesmerizing gemstone that captivates with its vivid blood-red fluorescence under ultraviolet light. Featuring vibrant ruby corundum embedded within a striking green Chrome Verdite matrix, this material offers a dramatic visual contrast, enhanced by its exceptional UV-reactive glow. Originally mistaken for cuprite-rich zoisite, it is sourced from a scarce and unpredictable deposit, with only a limited quantity ever mined and processed.
