A pair of beautifully clear Smokey Window Quartz long polished crystals, with bright reflective and rainbow veil inclusions. One is over 20cm long and the other is around 17 cm. Both beautiful and cut to stand.

Malagasy Smokey Quartz
Madagascar Smokey Quartz, sourced from the Antsirabe and Fianarantsoa regions, is a silicon dioxide gemstone renowned for its translucent smoky brown to deep greyish-black hues, often with exceptional clarity, while its Morion Smokey Quartz variant stands out for its nearly opaque, intense black-brown to jet-black coloration. With a Mohs hardness of 7, both varieties form in pegmatites and granite cavities, their colors resulting from natural irradiation and trace aluminium impurities.
