Lemur Island Agate Geodes from Nosy Varika 
Lemur Island Agate Geodes from Nosy Varika in Madagascar are druzy quartz or agate-lined geodes sourced from the east coast area. They typically show sparkling crystal linings in clear, golden, Hematoid, or purple hues with concentric agate banding in shades of white, grey, brown, pink, and orange. The material comes from volcanic rock deposits on the island known locally as Lemur Island due to its abundant lemur populations. Madagascar separated from Africa around 160 million years ago and became isolated, allowing unique lemur species to evolve after ancestral primates rafted across the Mozambique Channel approximately 50-60 million years ago. These geodes are available in natural form, polished on one side, or fully polished.
