Polished banded Agate specimens from Madagascar consist of translucent Chalcedony in black, grey, and white layers with wispy, parallel, or concentric banding patterns. Common features include smooth polished surfaces, occasional Dendritic inclusions, Limonite staining, or small Quartz pockets.
