Polished Lazulite Spheres x 2 From Madagascar
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Lazulite: A Unique Blue Mineral
Lazulite is a blue mineral composed of Magnesium, Iron, and Aluminum Phosphate, known for its vibrant color and unique properties. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, although the material sourced from Madagascar comes from a massive non-crystalline deposit. This fairly rare stone displays a range of color intensities, from lighter blue with occasional banding to deeper, solid blue hues, providing a captivating visual appeal. The material often contains minor inclusions that resemble specular ash flakes, adding to its distinctiveness. Nick selects only the top 20% of Lazulite material based on the intensity of color and the quality of the polished finish, ensuring a premium product.
Please note that prices are grade-dependent, and items are sold as shown.
