Zambian Amethyst is renowned for its exceptionally dark, rich purple color, accentuated by finely distinctive bands of nearly perfect white Quartz. The color intensity varies, with some sections displaying a beautiful, gemmy quality, while others take on a deeper, almost Smoky hue. This carefully selected, top-quality material is truly stunning.
The complexity of the Quartz patterns and associations often results in vein-like vug features or larger crystalline Vugs, adding to its unique appeal. The polish is world-class, but in some cases, surface features are intentionally preserved to maintain the natural essence of the material. The result is an absolutely breathtaking gemstone.
