A large 153 x 124 x 115 mm superb expertly polished A Grade Septerye Sauvage "Dragons Egg" geode. This Septarian egg has cracked interiors lined with black Calcite. Polished on the outside with the interiors left natural.

Septerye Sauvage Egg
The Septerye Sauvage is a tri-color gemstone composed of brown Aragonite, yellow Calcite, and subtle grey Limestone, formed 50-70 million years ago during the Cretaceous Period. Born from volcanic sediment and ancient marine life remains, these nodules from Madagascar feature stunning internal cracks filled with shimmering crystals. Partially polished to highlight their raw, natural exterior, they are crafted into eggs, spheres, crystals or hearts, revealing their intricate patterns.
