Natural Black Tourmaline On Quartz Matrix
Natural tourmalinated Quartz from Zimbabwe, consists of clear to milky quartz containing prominent inclusions or needles of black schorl tourmaline. These specimens form in pegmatite deposits within the Zim Region, where tourmaline and quartz crystallize together in zoned veins associated with granitic intrusions.
