TIGERS EYE
Tiger's Eye is a chatoyant gemstone, usually a metamorphic rock, with golden to red-brown color and silky lustre. A Quartz group member, it and blue Hawk's Eye have their appearance from intergrown Quartz and altered amphibole fibers. Our Tiger's Eye mainly comes from the Northern Cape of South Africa, displaying thin bands of chatoyant golden, blue, or red colors, with blue and red being less common.
