AQUAMARINE NAMIBIA

Aquamarine from the Erongo Mountains in Namibia is renowned for its beautiful blue to bluish-green color and high clarity, often forming hexagonal columnar crystals in pegmatites. Specimens can range from light to deep blue, with many being nearly gem-quality. Common inclusions found in aquamarine from the Erongo Mountains include: Mica, Schorl Black Tourmaline, Fluorite, Hematite, Quartz and Biotite.
