PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A non-natural industrial grade Silica which has amazing optic qualities and a beautiful blue to green blue colour. This is essentially manufactured glass - i.e. Silica - which has been enhanced. The material was obtained rough by a local lapidary workshop and polished by hand in South Africa. The polishing is absolutely stunning. This may not be a natural line of products and we were reluctant to sell a non-rock material, however the quality of the Silica is beautiful and the polishing is world class. Country of origin is unknown and how this ended up in Africa is even less clear! Nonetheless, it is beautiful albeit not natural. Ideal and very eye catching decor item.
