Bastite is a combination of Epidote and Piemontite, showcasing the geological complexity and rarity of this material. Piemontite, a member of the Epidote group. Epidote, often found in metamorphic rocks like Marble and Schistose formations, results from hydrothermal alterations in various igneous rocks.
