Libethenite from the Congo is a rare and Copper Phosphate mineral highly valued by collectors for its deep green to bluish-green color and crystal formations. Typically found in the oxidized zones of Copper deposits, Congo's Libethenite specimens are renowned for their sharp, well-formed prismatic to tabular crystals, often displaying a vitreous lustre. These specimens may occur as isolated crystals or drusy clusters on a matrix.
