A large cabinet size unique natural Calcite specimen with Kolwezite and big sharp Dogtooth Calcite crystals on top of a pink Dolomite matrix. Pops under UV light too. Very rare, unique and beautiful.

Calcite with Kolwezite and Dogtooth Calcite Crystals on Pink Cobaltoan Dolomite
These Calcite specimens from Mashamba West Mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo feature Calcite with well-formed dogtooth calcite crystals in translucent golden, beige, and white tones with vibrant, fibrous green Kolwezite mixed in between the crystals on top of a pink Cobaltoan Dolomite matrix. These specimens show strong blue fluorescence under UV light. These exquisite Calcite specimens are prized for their sharp crystal formation and beautiful colour contrast between the golden dogtooth crystals, the bright green fluffy Kolwezite and the pink and grey Cobaltoan Dolomite matrix.
