Balgowan Warehouse

We built a beautifiul thatch house and warehouse in the middle of a huge Forest in Kwazulu Natal Midlands at the foot of the Drakensburg Mountain region of South Africa. A little too remote posibly, as our road was 7km of pure mud and we couldnt get in or out on a regular basis when it rained, so we had to reconsider, but a beautiful place and no regrets. We actually lived in a tent (while we built the upstairs and had our open sided unfinished 400 sq m warehouse operational in this forest house running on sattelite internet...and most of our customers were unaware that we had relocated to the middle of nowhere! I did forget about snow as well!! Flat roofs arent good for snow..mental note to myself to make sure either no flat roofs or no snow in future.....
