General Description
Brand new material coming out from a little town called Kwaggafontein in Mpumalanga, South Africa. In ancient times the Romans called Amethyst "Amethystos" meaning "Not Drunk". They believed you could drink all night long without getting a hangover if you kept a piece in your mouth or wore it as a pendant. This material is sourced in the spirit quartz bearing deposits of Northwestern South Africa. The color is deep and intense with rich beautiful color and most often gemmy clarity! Its not spirit quartz, but its beautiful and affordable. This is a new resource we hope to make more readily available at a reasonable price. Price is grade dependent.
