This is simply a beautiful exceptionally rare high value item which is deserving of a prime position in a collectors cabinet, else in a museum! Dioptase simply doesn't come up very often at all and its scarcity and value tends to be understood only by the more tenured collectors out there. Only a very small % of the world have even been afforded the opportunity to own a specimen. We have been exceptionally fortune to have been in a position to have absorbed the majority of material mined out of two deposits in the last few years. Our website makes the stuff seem common, when it is in fact exceptionally rare. Only Tsumeb produced any specimens of this magnitude two decades ago. Price is grade dependant.
