General Description

Agate with dendritic inclusions. Very rare highly sought after material - particularly in Asia! A dendritic stone has clear inclusions of Manganese Oxide that has crystallized in a multi-branching tree-like pattern. This pattern is often misinterpreted as plant fossil. Dendrites form as water rich in Manganese and Iron flows along tiny cracks between layers and cracks within the Quartz. Very rare and very beautiful.
