Golden Limonite Quartz Crystal Vug Specimens

Limonite Quartz, often referred to as Golden Healer Quartz, is a captivating variety of quartz distinguished by its rich yellow coloration. This hue typically results from a limonite patina, which can sometimes be removed, but in rarer cases, limonite occurs as an inclusion within the quartz. When limonite is an inclusion, the color remains permanent even if the quartz is cleaned with acid.

This new material sourced from Zambia features stunning, vibrant yellow hues. The specimens are meticulously selected, with most being intact or showing only minor damage. The quartz tends to form in complex vug-like pockets within a relatively light-weight host matrix, contributing to its unique appearance.
