General Description
New material fresh out of Zambia. Somewhat similar to Orange River type material with very nice red and/or silver specular or phantom-like inclusions. A small % of the material also has secondary patina like drusy encrustations. All material is hand selected from the Region. Minor damage may be encountered otherwise mostly intact. Red Hematite Quartz is always a collectible and sought after resource. Regionally Orange River South Africa and Congo produces material from time to time, but we have a fairly good supply at the moment coming out of Zambia. Beautiful natural specimens.
