PRODUCT INFORMATION

General Description

This serpentine was mined in Barberton South Africa. The crystals are polished in a Malagasy owned lapidary workshop. Most people associate barberton for its rare deposits of stichtite, first described back in 1921. However associated to these deposits are fairly extensive serpentine exposures which range in colour from black to variable tones of green. Very light weight and soft material. These may not be A grade crystals but the amount of work gone into polishing and hand crafting these wraps is quite extensive.

The pendants are all locally manufactured. The copper wire wraps are all made in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. A very beautiful range of pendants which are all unique and practically one of a kind copper jewellery pieces.

The photographs are representative of either the entire stock item offered, else a representative sample of the broader batch. Variation is to be expected across individually selected batches. However, all batches / items within this stock item are fully sorted and selected accordingly to associated grade.
