General Description
Large Orange Calcite tower and a double terminated Blue Spotted Spinel Point!
Orange Calcite items which have a wonderful polished finish and mostly consistent and rich orange colour. This is some of the best orange calcite mined and produced in the last several decades out of this region! World class material! Doesn't get better! The intensity of the colour is somewhat variable but this is just wonderful beautiful rich Calcite. The material tends to have wavey / wispy like patterns in it - hence twist Calcite! This is a fairly new line which does not comes up very often. Therefore, fresh and unique on the market as has not been around for many years.
Blue Calcite from Madagascar has variable colour intensity from light blue to gemmy intense blue. The material can have complex patterns or an internal cracked like pattern. Material is graded according to intensity and consistency of the colour as well as the solidity of the piece itself (i.e. no cracking, etc). Each piece is hand selected and beautifully polished .
