Some photo's of Toprock Museum. There are over 2700 different types of Minerals, Fossils, Gems, weird rocks and all sorts of strange kinds of stones. We have Meteorites, The largest Elephant Bird Egg in the world, Fossilised Elephant teeth, a Giant Fossil Cavebear skull and paws, Australopithecus skull, Dryosaurus (ancient crocodile type dinosaur), Haeyena Procrocruda Fossil skull )over 300 stone tools from 30 000 years old to 1.2 myo, some of the rarest and strangest "one off minerals to items of which there are only a handful of in the world. Some of the most beautiful, rare and gorgeous pieces you can probably think of. This is my private collection that has been put out on display in the humble, but wonderful Toprock Museum at the Lower Mpushin Valley, near Pietermaritzburg..part of a Natural Protected Area into which much of our time and funds go into helping along.
