Stalagmitic Chalcedony – Madagascar
Rare stalactite formed Chalcedony from Madagascar, displaying smooth, botryoidal white to translucent chalcedony draped over a reddish-brown limonitic matrix. The flowing, coral like growth structure creates natural caves and overhangs with glossy, waxy luster and excellent translucence in thinner areas. Fully stabilized, self-standing specimen with dramatic 3D form and untouched natural surfaces. One of a kind piece, highly uncommon in this size and quality.
