Moonstone from Madagascar features various types of feldspar. While feldspar is widespread, high-quality Moonstone is rare. This gem is a Potassium Aluminum Silicate Feldspar, also known as Orange Microcline Feldspar, with colors ranging from tan brown to very light peach or pink.
