General Description
Lovely commercial grade matrix specimens of Dioptase with some nice bright green crystalline and semi crystalline areas running in vein like features or in a druzy style on exposed surfaces. Many specimens are very affordable matrix specimens which may lack the distinctive crystals found in A grade Dioptase but they have a beautiful classic Emerald green colour. Whilst other specimens are more classic specimens often associated duftite, shattuckite, plancheite, chrysocolla, cerussite and mimetite. This is our own mine in Namibia (Kaokoveld) and we have found some stunning classic Tsumeb like specimens in the Shattuckite veins. We will be mining this full steam in 2021 and hope to find many more classics. Often not A grade but still lovely. Price is grade dependent. Items are as shown.Product Data
