General Description
Jigsaw Ammonites are always stunning specimens for display as they show the complex suture structure of the critters and therefore have wonderful patterns on the polished surfaces. A percentage of stock has polished ends which seek to highlight the complexity of the sutures, but this tends to be an artist impression and not a natural feature. The polishing of suture like structures is not common and limited to certain providers. Otherwise these are stunning ancient Ammonite specimens which will show a diversity of Calcite or sediment infilled material exposed on the beautifully polished surface. Price is grade dependant.
