General Description
Brand new material of stunning Agate with 3D white flower patterns penetrating into the clear Chalcedony. It is fossil coral preserved in a transparent host rock which results in a range of exceptional patterns and features. The chalcedony host ranges from milky clear to a light pink to apricot colour. Absolutely stunning, this is new material and is pretty rare and most likely will come out the ground for a limited period. This is quite similar to Ocean Jasper and will be equally hard to get in the future. Coral flower agate is likely to be the Orbicular ocean jasper of the future in that it is likely to become highly collectible once the deposits have been exhausted, or as the quality of material deteriorates. A recent trend in China is to dye the material green, resulting in a rather oddly attractive new material, but sadly this material is synthetically enhanced. Toprock does not modify this material is any way, it is merely polished to perfection into a range of shapes. A very small percentage of polished items have crystalline vug like features, but this is exceptionally rare. Price is grade dependent. Items are as shown.Product Data
