1 x Ton Top Grade Sodalite, Sold per kg
Selected Deepest Top Grade Blue Sodalite direct from the only mine in Namibia owned by my friend James. 90-95% Bright Deep Blue with 5-10% white.
This is the top 5 % of the Sodalite deposit at Kunene and is some of the best material to be found anywhere in the world. This rough is to be found at trade shows for triple and quadruple this price and is usually Sold as Princess Blue or African Lapis. There are 3 tons of this material here arriving as of 15th March 2011. Not more than 1-2 tons of this grade is mined from the deposit per month. This is a minimum of 70-90% top blue per piece.
James also mines out 10-40 tons per month of normal Good Grade Blue Sodalite, which we also market...this works out very reasonable at R8000 -R20 000 per ton depending on type of mine run and also tonnage bought. Mine Run is ALL of the good blue material mined with rejects taken out and at least 60% blue colour. There are around 30-60 tons mined out at most times and price will depend on what has been mined out at the time of ordering. 20 ton containers would leave F.O.B Walvis Bay Namibia.
Tonnage rates for A grade like this material will differ from kg rates (R16000 per ton) and would also be sent via Walvis Bay, Namibia direct to you.
