General Description
Amazonite is sporadically available from Madagascar, the colour of which has been decreasing in intensity for a number of years. However, a new section of the deposit has been exposed and the colour intensity quality appears to be rebounding. The material also sometimes has a white banded like colour distribution. The odd piece may have small specular Smokey Quartz like inclusions else small traces of black specular inclusions. Nice natural rough cobbed pieces. Price is grade dependent.
