Policies

1. We have a R2,000  () minimum order. You do not need to order R2,000  () all in one go. You may "stockpile" your orders with us, which will only be packed and sent on your instruction.

2. All items are paid for at the time of ordering via, VISA, American Express or Master Card.

3. Customers who do not have access to the above payment methods may apply for a Toprock account. Click Here for Details

4. Our general terms and conditions regarding payment and shipping hold true for special orders as well.

5. Shipping costs are not calculated or added at the time of placing an order. You will receive your shipping costs in a separate invoice prior to shipping which must be paid before we ship your order.

7. Returned items will be refunded on return provided they are in the same condition they were sent. Shipping at your cost. Refund will be minus any bank charges incurred.

8. Items can be stock piled for a maximum of 6 months, people with Toprock Accounts will be billed every 30 days.

9. Refunds will be minus any bank charges or visa charges

10. We cannot refund customs related charges.
